One to One Training and Support for Individual Employers

 

Free to Individual Employers who employ personal assistants or carers in Somerset and Bath & North East Somerset.

 

This is an opportunity to have up to date information, advice and guidance on issues such as;

  • Recruiting and inducting a Personal Assistant
  • Managing statutory payments
  • Drafting a Contract of Employment
  • Building good working relationships
  • Dealing with conduct and performance issues
 

This programme is being offered on a 1:1 basis at your home or at another convienent location.  It is funded by Skills for Care and is available between July 2019 and March 2020.
